2. How to contact Euphoricnails
Please email your query/order to euphoricnails@hotmail.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible within 24hours.

3. It has been more than 24hours and you have not replied me.
Sorry for the delay in replies, please resend your query or email to us. Thank you!

4. How do we do payment
We accept both Ibank and ATM transfers. However, for ATM transfers we require you to take a snap shot of the receipt and email the picture to us.

5. What if we are unable to do IBANK or atm transfers?
We accept payment upon Meet up as well.

6. Postage rates and registered mail rates?
Local Postage would be absorbed by Euphoricnails which any purchase. We would recommend you to add another $2.50 for Registered mail. Because it would enable us to be able to track your parcel.

If you do not opt for Registered mail, Euphoricnails will not be held responsible for any loss of mail.

Registered Mail charges will be waivered with purchase of $95 and above.

7. Do you do meet ups?
Yes, only at our convenience. Venues would mostly be at YCK, CCK, WOODLANDS and Somerset.

8. If items are out of stock, How long do i have to wait for the products to come.
In an event of OOS, we will place an order for you. Stock would arrive within 2 - 3 weeks or less.

9. Are your products authentic?
Yes. All goods sold at Euphoricnails is 100% guaranteed authentic by us.
